a. Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final: Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, the Technology & Data (Onboarding) Fee and monthly service fees.

No Money-Back Guarantee: Clients acknowledge that Global Profit Advisors does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

No Chargebacks: Clients agree not to dispute or charge back any payments made. Attempting to do so constitutes a breach of our agreement, and we reserve the right to recover the full disputed amount, associated fees, and legal costs.

b. Cancellation Policy

Minimum Commitment: All service agreements require a minimum commitment of three (3) months from the campaign start date.

Termination After Commitment: After the initial 3-month period, clients may cancel services by submitting a written notice at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle.

Auto-Renewal: If no notice is provided, the campaign will continue on a month-to-month basis under the same terms. Clients are responsible for fees incurred due to failure to provide timely cancellation notice.

c. Fulfillment Timelines

Services are rendered on a monthly basis according to the terms outlined in each campaign agreement. Campaign fulfillment begins on the agreed-upon start date and continues unless terminated in accordance with the cancellation policy.

d. Payment Terms and Penalties

Timely Payments: Invoices must be paid by their due date. A 10% late payment penalty will be applied to invoices unpaid after 7 days and will recur every additional 7 days the balance remains unpaid.

Automatic Collection: If payments are not made, we reserve the right to charge the client’s payment method on file for the outstanding balance plus any penalties.

Non-Payment Actions: We may pursue legal remedies or collections if payment is not received in a timely manner.
